Fabricated lies
tearing us apart
broken into pieces
lying from the start

breaking off promises
losing it all
holding onto everything
taking every fall

sew my lips shut
anything to stop me from saying this
you said you loved me
but your love is hell not bliss

trying so hard to make it through
stitch my eyes closed
break me down into shattered pieces
you made your choice you chose

you left me broken
lift up my sleeve
feel the pattern of my cuts
you don't have to believe, just look and see

the tears run
i trip and fall
fabricated lies
standing so tall

stitch me up
shut me down
look at me
this is SUICIDE'S TRUTH FOUND

    I liked that part. && Don't pay attention to the person above me. This poem was good. The idea of suicides truth found was different, And thats what I liked about this. Keep your head up and smile hun. 5/5
