Choking

You said youd never hurt me
I guess it was a joke
You think its really funny, Dont you?
Just to see me choke
Not choking on my words
Or choking on my fears
the only choking going on
Is choking from my tears
I wait for it to stop
I try hard to stay strong
Then I realize ive never stopped
Ive been choking all along
