I'm Sorry

by Samey   Jun 11, 2006

Everyone holds meaning in their soul,
That can be ripped at by sharp words,
They shatter dreams and scar the innocent,
To everyone that I have been cruel to,
I'm sorry.

Every person needs to feel loved,
Even finding it in the most ridiculous of places,
But to them it means everything,
To everyone that I haven't loved,
I'm sorry.

Every parent should feel pride in their kids,
Some fill this place in their heart with shame,
At a person who seems incapable of living,
To the parents I've shamed,
I'm sorry.

Everyone needs a friend,
Someone to confide in at all times,
Even if that person is a complete backstabber,
To all that have backstabbed me,
I'm sorry.

I'm sorry for pointing out mistakes,
I'm sorry for being a cold person,
I'm sorry for not being something to be proud of,
And I'm sorry for not caring.

Thank you for all of your problems,

Thank you for passing me by,
Thank you for not needing me,
Thank you for pushing me so far away,
And thank you for making me your lie.
