The Past

It hurts so bad
To think back in time
I know I'm over him
And everything is fine.

But then I think
Of all the memories we shared
He told me he loved me
And acted like he cared.

He put me through so much pain
He truely broke my heart
He played me like I was a game
And then we grew apart.

But that was the past
It doesn't matter anymore
We moved too fast
And my love flew out the door.
