Ugly

Ugly
Youre Ugly,
They say.
My so called brothers,
Your face,
Your smile,
Your eyes,
Why even bother trying.
U have no chance,
No one will love you,
Not ever a man

Youre ugly,
She says.
My own mum.
Youre too dark,
Not light enough,
Youre too thin,
Not fat enough.
Youre to short.
Not tall enough.
Youre just imperfect.
Youre not good enough.

Youre ugly,
He says.
My father I love.
I dont love you,
I never did.
I dont wanna see you
I dont care.
Live your life,
And dont bother mine.

I love you,
She says.
My younger sister
Whos still innocent
And hasnt been corrupt
By the truth if this world,
That youll never be good enough.

Rather interesting thoughts that are posed behind this piece. For just the way that the structure was kinda had a weird impact...it's strong and kinda strange. The last stanza was almost a shocker. Pretty nice not overly great still liked the way it was.

That poem is really sad, but true how no one seems to be good enough in this world anymore. Its become to superficial and appearance based. Great poem though. Luv ya hun 5/5
