Snow Angel

by tripoutgirl   Jun 14, 2006

To my friend.

white soft pillows fell to the ground
and the searchers look closey around
watching them leave as my head lay nears
a green wood tree dripping honey like tears
finger tips freeze by the mountains of snow
slipping away from reality i go
toes have no feeling as i lay there and cry
my tears freeze instantly as i waited to die
rosy white cheeks layed softly and nice
death walking quietly, i played my dice
my eyes too tired to open so i close
as the angle of death carefully hold
awaiting my death to take me away
should i let him or fight for my stay
i watch his shadow come close and then i feel warm
a lost snow angel dies and another is born.
