Lost In Time

I began liking you not too long ago,
When you started liking me,
I was not sure where this would go,

So we began going out a month ago as of today,
We broke up a week ago,
But the feelings continue to stay,

I still like you as much as I did before,
But the question is,
Do you feel the same for me anymore?

I know you tell me you do all the time,
But i don't always know if it`s true,
Because you love messing with peoples minds,

So should I give you another chance or should I let you go?
I don't know,
Because my heart saying yes but my head is saying no,

But I'm going to go with my heart because I believe it knows the truth,
At least i hope it does,
In this situation involving you,

But even though we still like each other,
I don't know if were meant to be,
But the only way to find out is to wait and see
