Only one understands

I feel so ashamed,
when you see me like this,
tears running down,
blood on my wrist,

I feel so afraid,
I feel so worthless,
I feel so alone,
I feel so useless,

I have so many that care,
only one understands,
there are only a few,
those of us with,
our own blood on our hands..

she tells me its ok,
and to look towards the future,
but im afraid,

so afraid,
to lose everything again,
that long ago I lost

    Man ithink this one may be my fav that or the one u put on ympsace last...anyways i jsut think...that liek u said u should look toward the future...although it may be hard...i know...and im here for ya amn if ya need anyone

    I loved this poem, because it can relate to alot of people. Being afraid of the future and what is still to come, and the unknown. I liked the begining and how it flowed. Good job 5/5
