Everytime

by Ragamuffin   Jun 22, 2006

Everytime I try so hard
To throw away the pain
I try to put it all behind me
But it comes back again

Sometimes when I hear that voice
It shudders up my spine
And every second I hear that name
I get madder everytime

I try so hard to forget it
Put it in the back of my mind
I'm sure this all will go away
But it is I it always seems to find

Every single time it happens
It eats away at me
And anger fills up inside
Remembering everything

But once that monster deep within
Has got to get some way to out
I open the hallway in my mind
Where it can imagine stabbing people and shout

And then to ease away the pain
The notebooks quickly open
And tears flow onto the paper
And I write...
My cheeks all soaken

And then until it happens again
It's put so back, so far away
And normality and happiness controls me
And I pray it will stay that way.
