Bestest Friend Ever.

by Saeki Toru   Jun 22, 2006

What would I be
Without you by my side.
And how would I live
Having nowhere to hide.
You've been there for me,
Despite my rough drive
Down the highway of life
In which we all thrive.
I can't thank you enough
For putting up
With me all these years.
Through the tears
And the fears
And the pain that we share,
You've been there.
I hope it's the same for you,
Although you already tell me, too.
It's just that, well, it's strange
To have gained
So much from this friendship of ours.
But I treasure the long times we spend,
All those hours!
And so this is for you,
My bestest friend ever.
This is for you, because we will never
Break apart at the threads,
We'll be together to the end,
And I promise you that
I'll always watch your back,
Because I know, and you see
That you'd do the same for me.
