Can you see my heartbreak right in front of you?
as I sadly listen to every word you say...
Couldnt you see every little thing I'd do,
was a silent prayer that you would stay...

And I've found out
that weak knees and butterflies
Isn't everything loves about
Its so much more than my reflection in your eyes...

After every painful word has been said...
Please remember to never forget me....
And when you find yourself alone in bed...
Remember you were the one who walked away...

And I still wait for those three words to roll of your tongue...
I'm still waiting for you to hold me tight
And I still wish that I was the one
you'd fall asleep holding onto at night....

But I guess I've found out
That weak knees and butterflies
Isn't everything loves about
Its so much more than my reflection, fading in your eyes...
