Carribean love

Come take my hand, I'll show you a place,
where we can make our future in peace.
An easy laid back life where fate is grace,
demons are rested, the past is released.

On a little emerald island in the sun,
where we can wake up to the blue sea.
waves breaking in the early morning sun,
local fishermen pushing their boats out to sea.

The palm trees surrounding our home,
providing shade, a line along the beach.
A day and look how our love has grown,
its amazing what paradise can teach.

Set back from the dull roar of cars,
arguments, crash, bang in the morning.
Fights, war, bottling in the bar,
goodbye England, I'm not in mourning.

Feel the beat, ' no problem Mon,
dip your toes in the refreshing cool sea,
learn the culture of a Rastafarian,
but all before, be true to me,
you want to stay here with me don't you?
