Your eyes shut for the final time,
This is when god drew the line.
Come with me you need to rest,
You will always be remembered as "simply the best."

The 19th of April was the hardest day,
And that pain i am feeling will never go away.
I know you don't like to see me cry,
But the truth is Nan i would rather die.

I try not to show my pain and fear,
But all i want is for you to be near.
Just one last kiss, one last huddle,
All i need... is one last cuddle.

To feel the warmth and love of my caring Nan,
To have you home is my plan.
In your flat you should be,
sat in your chair, drinking your tea.

    This again was touching however it has a few minor problems overall it flows well except for this line:

    In your flat you should be,

    I don't know but for me it didn't fit in as well. I loved the last line and really felt the sadness. You are very talented and this was excellent. I'd give it a 4.9/5 but that's just because i'm fussy!
