Into The Grave

by Stephenie   Jun 27, 2006

This story begins
A boy and a girl
A smile and a laugh
A hug and a kiss
The boy's far away
The girl's now alone
Living for his words
He reaches for her hand
With it takes her heart
He slips and he falls
Her heart hits the ground

The rain pours down over
This dark and lonely town
Shes dying on his doorstep
Losing her mind
She keeps his memory
Where it thrives
Fresh in her mind
Scarring her heart
She falls apart

Searching out his soul
Crushing all her dreams
Losing it all
Over and over
And over
And over
Again

The rose falls
Into the grave

He trys to find her
The key is gone
He wants to revive her
Her will has died
He lives in the shadow
Of what she became
He reaches out his hand
She takes it once again
Setting herself up
To be hurt
To be broken
To lose and again

The rain pours down over
This dark and lonely town
Shes crying on his doorstep
Losing her mind
She keeps his memory
Where it thrives
Fresh in her mind
Scaring her heart
She falls apart

Searching out his soul
Crushing all her dreams
Losing it all
Over and over
And over
And over
Again

Over and over
And over
And over
Again

The rose falls
Into the grave

The rose falls
Into her grave
