Across the Street(So sad)

I look across the street at him
The only boy for me
But I guess that he can't hear
My desperate, silent plea

I look across the street at her
The only girl I see
My heart tells me to tell her
But my brain will disagree

I look across the street at him
He's never even looked
How can he be blind to love?
When I'm completely hooked

I look across the street at her
She's probably got a guy
She is just so beautiful
It's no big suprise why

I look across the street at him
And my feet begin to walk
My bodies saying, "Just tell him"

I look across the street at her
And she's walking over here
I know in my head what she wants to say
And it all becomes clear

I look across the street at him
I see he's not too dar
Then I hear a screech and turn to see
The fast oncoming car

I look across the street at her
But she's lying on the ground
The car is right beside her

I look across the street at him
But I find I'm lying in his arms
I say, "There is no pain,
No cause for alarm"

I look across the street at her
But find myself with her there
She lies and says she's okay
Though her eyes are full of fear

I look up into his eyes
They seem so far above
I feel myself slipping away
And say, "Good-bye my love"

I look down at her
I go to grab the knife
She's no longer breathing
So I die with the love of my life
