Dear Mommy

by mandi   Jul 5, 2006

Hit, smack, that is all I every felt.

I could not fight back I was just a

litter girl.

As I get older the words get

meaner and the hits get harder.

Now as an adult you want to be my

friend,

But the scar's you have left on my

soul are still healing

And the pain is still there,

As if it was just yesterday.

I am a strong and happy young

women now.

I am NOT you mommy.

So i will tell you that I love you and

I do mean it.

I just can't be your friend.

I am charing to forgive.

But i will never forget.
