I Had A Dream

Not finished but I'd like to see what you guys think so far, as to see what I need to change/add. So, please read, and check back every once and a while. Thanks!

Last night I had a dream,
I dreamt this time- my last.
I stood there in his arms,
Yet it was different from dreams past.
Unlike all my other dreams,
I truly felt the rain as it fell against my skin.
We stood there close but silent,
Not much could be heard above such din.
He pulled me closer to his chest,
As the storm around us raged.
Intimate intensity ripped through us,
Like a beast no longer caged.
Thunder rumbled and lightening flashed across the sky,
As he softly kissed my ear.
Without words he reassured me,
There was nothing left to fear
He squeezed me gently before stepping back,
Hold me at arms length, to get a better look.
Suddenly he took my hand and motioned me to follow,
As the trees around us shook.
He led me through a mass of tree, on an ever-winding trail
And soon we came upon a stream.
He ignored me questioning looks of surprise,
As I slowly came to realize that from it rose steam.
He pulled me behind him as he set off down the path.
I could help but think â??This is different than beforeâ??.
Eventually we slowed to a stop,
And we were there- at the edge of the shore.
He hastily removed his shirt,
As he chucked his jeans and shoes aside.
Without a sound he asked me if I cared to follow.
To say "No" would have been a lie.
Soon my clothes joined his,
Quickly thrown upon the ground,
And then he swept me up in a passionate kiss.
I could hear his heart beat- what a wonderful sound.
Suddenly he dove into the water,
Soaking me with a splash.
The water and woods around us were briefly illuminated
As a series of lighting bolts flashed.
I took a few steps back
To get a running start.
Not long after I hit the water I felt his hands-
A touch a knew by heart.
He pulled me to the surface
And I opened my eyes as he softly kissed my nose.
Holding me in his arms, he smiled at me-
My heartbeat quickly rose.
I couldn't help but blush
As he gently pulled me near.
It was then I knew for certain,
He was all that I hold dear.
I wrapped my arms around his neck
And laid my head upon his shoulder.
I nestled my body close to his,
As the air around us grew colder.
I felt his warm breath upon my neck
And through the downpour- I heard his voice.
As I felt his loving touch,
I knew my heart must make a choice.
The decision I would choose was obvious.
Like choosing life or death,
When all the world was right.
For him- I'd fight to the last breathe.
Although I knew I had to pick,
I don't think I ever had a chance.
He touched my heart, he touched my soul.
I felt myself falling at first glance.
It was like hoping for rain,
When you had a picnic planned.
It was like going to the beach,
And not playing in the sand.
It was then and there I decided to give myself to him.
The good, the bad- the best, the worst.
For he deserves nothing less then everything.
I wanted him to be my first...
