Dying Here

by Ms Joanna Dark   Jul 7, 2006

I want to curl up and hide away
Find a place where I can stay
So I won't feel this searing pain
And slowly become the devil's gain
But chains act as a strong rejection
While winds blow me in every direction
Please don't say I need correction
I don't need their ill perfection
I do need to find the girl I lost
I bet her life and paid the cost
She's in the place that I can't find
Maybe I'm the one left behind
I'm calling out her forgotten name
And I don't want to play this game
I'd rather curl up and fade away
Than continue to die here everyday
