Transformed

For this day I have planned and yearned.
Imagined, desired, hoped.
Now I have met you my life is fulfilled.
You are more perfect and beautiful than I ever dreamed.
Together we will travel life\'s long highway.
Learning and guiding each other.
And as I show you off for the first time
Our eyes meet.
In that silent moment my transformation is complete.

No longer just my mother\'s child.
Now my daughter\'s mum.
