They say we can't be together,
why is this so
people make mistakes something
we all know

you were no are,
still my best friend
I'm holding my word
ride or die till the end

you may think I've forgot,
never not true
I'm out here holding you down
letting um know you
is still you

i miss you girl
theres a pain in my heart
we were always together
now we're so far apart

i ain't lost hope, i know ill
see you again
its just right now
you're under the category of
a lost friend

sometimes i wanna cry because
i hit reality
no matter how hard we try
they wont let us be

you went out like a soldier
taking up for a friend
i just wish we could go back
start over try again
