I hate myself

For too long I have suffered
Unbearable self hate ridge
Need to rest and feel peace
My dark heart ceases to beat
I fall constantly in a bottomless pit
The pain of the world on my shoulders
The nightmares that keep me from sleep
The darkness that keeps me from laughter
I am all that’s wrong with the world
I do not know what love is
Crying is my laughter
Betrayal is all I’ve come to know
Hurt is my best friend
I see no hope in my life
Just self pity and empty space
I pray to be saved
I yearn for some help
I don’t want to hate myself anymore
