You're Cute When You Scream

by xxkurtcobainxx   Jul 13, 2006

Instant headaches from the game you played minutes ago
Wrapping anything around your neck just to feel that new low
Or maybe it's a high, but what does it matter to you
There are no lowest points, and good times, there are few

Some say it's a shame to ruin that beautiful skin
But you've already poisened the body within
Now it's the last move, and you're holding all the cards
The reflection is broken, there's no chance collecting shards

Ruin is a word that means many things
For you it means no drugs to give you your wings
The buyer and seller are never at odds
Tell all the people to pray to their gods

Teenagers that are betting on a few more years till they're free
It's all that keeps them from giving into their mind's ugly plea
Send news to the moms that it's all their fault
Scream in their face and on their wounds, please pour salt

Because they never take the blame for their part in it all
They can never find a reason why their child had to fall
They'll all sit in silence, wondering how it got so out-of-hand
Guess you're sorry now about what no one knew they had planned

Ruin is a word that means many things
For you it means no drugs to give you your wings
The buyer and seller are always at odds
Tell all the people to pray to their gods
Tell them to pray, to pray, to pray

Why should we stay when we want to go
Why should we smile and put on a fake show
Well we're attacking you now, I'd advise you to run
Sorry it's not polite, but we're all having fun

The image is shattered, and that's good for us
It was never worth all the trouble and fuss
They shoved their problems away with work and what not
But when it finally caught up they deserved what they got
