Her Goodbye Suicide

by Willow   Jul 15, 2006

Watch the blood fall,
Watch it fall to the floor.
This is not how she wants to be,
And sadly this is not about me.

Watch the blade glide,
Along an arm so beautiful.
Watch the smile fade,
Now nothing seems wonderful.

She's slowly dieing inside,
And she wants the world to know.
This is how she shows them,
But this is how she breaks you.

On the night of her 15th birthday,
After she removes that plaster smile,
She writes a letter to her loved ones,
Explaining how she couldn't go that extra mile.

She'll remove the knife from its hiding spot,
Making sure the family is asleep.
With one quick flick of the blade the blood begins to dot,
Slowly getting deeper and leaving her mind at ease.

She'll whisper goodbye to her family,
And she'll whisper goodbye to her friends.
But before her tragedy,
She'll say goodbye to three special friends.

The first of these special three is Ashleigh.
With another flick of the blade,
She'll say "goodbye my gorgeous girl, you meant so much to me",
And into the night those words will fade.

Next up is her Lisa,
And she"ll say with another knife scratch,
"Goodbye my lovely lady and continue to be brave",
And in this girls heart she'll leave and empty patch.

The last of these three is you, a person called Willow.
She'll say "goodbye my beautiful girl,
Be strong and don't cry into that pillow.
Remember I loved you, even with all those words you continue to scream and hurl".

Her hurt has started fading,
But her blood has started raining.
She knows it's nearly time,
So she closes her eyes and it's midnight she hears the clock chime.

She knows her disappearance will hurt her special friends,
And she's sorry she couldn't get better.
She also knows the with time, their little hearts will men,
And she knows that they'll never forget the real her.

As she drops the blade,
She's sliding into darkness.
As her soul starts to fade,
She's taking her friends happiness.
