Sense of Change

by AmazinglyEmpty   Jul 17, 2006

The winding clock, a movement of time, makes the most difference, that's seen by the eye, but is it heard, like the tick of the clock itself?

Or is it only, that the eye can see, the difference that time makes, but, you can't hear or taste much of a difference.

The taste of time, is very sour, as things begin to change, because the new grows old, and has a limited time.

The voice of time, can be heard, but not touched, but after so long, the voice dies away, never to be hard again.

Touching is different than seeing so much, because eventually, the smooth turns rough, and the soft grows hard.

Smelling is worse, because as time charges by and changes, nothing turns different, it just stays the same.

Great sentiment. I feel it lacks a flow, but to each his own. All and all good job
