Once Again

Once again

I feel it all around me
the pain of having loved and lost
and being full of regret
Once again

I can't seem to stop the tears
I find it hard to sleep
to let go off the pain
that wont let me stand on my feet
once again

I look around
trying to find the love
that i have again lost
but had once found
Once again

I hug myself
and try not to wish
that you were here
to hold me instead
Once again

I turn away
to hide my streaming tears
but the hurt inside swells
hurt i can no longer bear
Once again

I cry in silence
and wait for it to end
the pain it causes me
i know it wont let my heart mend
