at the top of the stairs
finally the answer to all my prayers

its been so long
and I'm finally happy
i try to go to them
and I'm ripped away
then i open my eyes to a new day
it was a dream
but the best in a while
just seeing them made me smile
but it wont be long
til I'm at the top of the stairs
standing with them
answering some ones prayers
