Eternal darkness

I was strong,
Despite everyone around me falling in love,
I didn't gave in to love.
You came along,
confessing how much you love me,
showering me with love and gifts,
I gave in,
I fell hard for you.
Yet you betrayed my trust and love.
You just said,"I'm sorry"
and walked away, out of my life.
I cried, i begged for you so stay, but you didn't give in.
I bit my finger and wrote my suicide letter with my blood.
I took the knife and pierce right through my heart.
I didn't feel the pain,
all I felt was cold and numbness.
