That was such a sweet poem for your friends. I would have to say, I would call my friends angels too. They are amazing. Wonderful poem.

Great idea and a nice metaphor, though the rhyming seems a bit forced in places.

Not like a bodyguard, who has a fee.
But someone who does it out of their own free will.
It's always a good thing to not have a monthly bill.
[This seemed to take away from the poem for me.. I just didn't like it, sorry]
But I did love the poem.. ESPICALLY the last few lines... That was a gorgeous twist to a beautiful poem. Great job.

OOOOO...5/5...this was such a cute friend poem!!!!I enjoyed it greatly...Comparing friends to Angels was ingenius...i loved that!!!and the first stanza was awesome and undoubtably my favourite.
"I talk about my "angels" a lot.
Some people ask me, "How many you got?"
I answer, "It's not how many of them there are,
But without them I couldn't get very far."
