It happened again
when i fell in love
i ended up with a
broken heart

of all the people
who hurt me so
you were the only one i truly loved
and that hurt the most

i thought that you loved me
i thought that you cared
but i ended up being tricked
my feelings played truth or dare

i thought we would always last
but my head is stuck in the past
of 2 hours ago
when you said, "i love you so"

but then you said it
those 2 cursed words
"i'm sorry"
as i felt i was losing my world

then you finally said it
"i love you, but as a friend"
and that was it
that was the end
