Me, Him, or Her

by AmazinglyEmpty   Jul 24, 2006

Sometimes, teens ask themselves, am I really what I want? Maybe I should be more like him, or maybe her, sometimes it takes a good friend to show you how, you should really act.
But other times, those friends by your side, don't even act themselves either, because in the end, she tries to be you, or you try to be her.
Maybe it takes a few times of being others, to find out who you truly are, because sometimes one is not enough.
You never know how many friends you have, until you sit down and count, and think how they act, because if you look at their life, sometimes they are acting like others, and aren't really themselves.
But no need to worry, most find themselves, in the end, because all the others they tried to be, never really worked out, and shows how they really should be.

Be yourself. -- A line that people say often, but never actually do it. They should try sticking to their words, aye? Great poem. Nice work.
