Liar, Liar

by Lushed   Jul 25, 2006

No more string for protection,
Shame.
Greets the flesh.
Marrow, crimson, sweat and bone,
the body is alone.

Hiding behind her hair.
A Shield.
She builds a wall of words.

Liar, Liar.
The crows on the wire.
See through,
the sky of seamless blue.

Too naked to be subtle.
Disgrace impurities in full.
Face down;
On the chopping board,
Toss away your gleaming crown.
