Burning ice

by Rosie   Jul 26, 2006

Burning tears stream down my face
they stop at my chin and turn to ice
i thought that you were one to care
as my eyes send burning sensations to your heart
you cant decide whose side you are on
and my heart is starting to freeze over
the lava still rushes down from my eyes
the blocks of ice begin to get bigger
i hate you right now
as my lungs turn to dust
and my body starts to rust
you're not making it any better
and i fear you never will
i will never have this thrill
so i leave because its the end of the day
i hope these thoughts will go away
