Veterans

Looking back in history books

Reading about the life's that were took

Never knowing how it feels

To fight for our country and to kill

They were brave I gave them that

They had courage and thats a fact

I give them thanks for their agony and pain

Without them America wouldn't be the same

So heres for the Veterans that lived and died

And for the memories that never lie
