My arm bleeds for you,
But I never want you to see.
There is nothing else I can do,
You're slowly giving up because of me.

I'm sorry I can't be perfect anymore,
But I tried and sadly I got worse.
I can't help but cut behind this closed door,
And the blades will be forever hidden in my purse.

Theses tears have started to flow uncontrollably,
And the words 'never me' are carved into my arm.
I get headaches constantly,
From all the stress and self harm.

I've put you under stress,
Because I can't be happy any longer.
I've caused your thoughts to mess,
All because I couldn't be stronger.

If I could fix it all I would,
But unfortunately the past will forever haunt.
I will take all your pain away if I could,
So the sadness will stop its terrible daunt.

Maybe I should just die,
No! What am I saying?
I will fight so one day I will no longer cry,
But I wish my thoughts would stop swaying.

One day I'll become strong again,
But I'm sorry if I hurt you in the process.
