IF LOVE WAS TRUE THEY WOULD ALWAYS CARE

IF LOVE WAS TRUE THEIR WOULD BE NO LIE
IF LOVE WAS TRUE YOU WOULD'T NEED A SECOND TRY

IF LOVE WAS TRUE THEIR WOULD BE NO TEARS
IF LOVE WAS TRUE WE WOULD HAVE NO FEARS

IF LOVE WAS TRUE IT WOULDN'T FADE
IF LOVE WAS TRUE IT WOULD HAVE STAYED

IF LOVE WAS TRUE IT WOULN'T CHEAT
IF LOVE WAS TRUE IT WOULDN'T FACE DEFEAT

IF LOVE WAS TRUE IT WOULD BE BETWEEN TWO
IF LOVE WAS TRUE SAYING I LOVE YOU IS ALL YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO
