Messed up and confused

She was never to good with words
but everyone knew she loved the boy
b/c he didn't beat uo in her or treat her like a toy
everything was good till that one dark day
she thought he would just turn and walk away
but he stayed through it all
and then he got this call
saying it's over through tears she cried
my parents say I can't, I love you, and I tried
so weeks past and she was living in hell
but kept it closed so noone could tell
She called him around the day she broke
listening to his voice her bed pillow was soaked
They said they'd keep it a secret
he said I promise you won't regret it
but now he says it's best he leave
like they haven't been through anything
So as sh cries on the other end of the phone
she thinks"i'm now alone
the love has dies in his eyes
or maybe it was never love but just lies
