The lifetaker

by Ann   Aug 2, 2006

As the darkness falls
I realize my hopelessness
My heart withering
Will in anguish
Parish underneath
The blood moon

Since there has been
No sacrifices made
Not one drop given
She thirsts for fresh
Young and unspoiled
I am her victim
