Awww... I love this poem. I just absolutely 100% love this poem. I usually don't like repetition, but this one worked so well and it was so sweet and filled with so much emotion. My favorite stanza was probably:
Till these feelings vanish
Till these thoughts disappear
Till the numbers end
I will love you

This was pretty different to most love poems I read. At first when I glanced at it, I noticed all the repeating bits, and I was thinking it wasn't gonna turn out that good, but after reading it, I was amazed. You've done a really good job on this.
