When Dreams Become A Nightmare

Disregarding the facts of life

I make believe a world of my own

Where dreams come true and smiles are real

And not one hint of pain can be felt

In my mind the story starts to change

No longer is the world happy

And no longer are we all safe

The world has become selfish and naive to the problems we will face in the future

If we don't open our eyes and start to change

Our dreams we once wished upon are soon to become nightmares
