Vanessa

by Laura   Aug 8, 2006

The once vibrant colors of your face
Fade to darker shades of gray
Along with once beautiful memories.
The name once sweet against my lips
Turn sour, bitter, as thoughts of you often have.
You were once an important part of me
But recent events have made it hard to recall those times.
Somehow this seems less painful than speaking,
How I wish we could speak again!
I love you and miss you so much. RIP.
