The Many Lies She Has

by Amanda Martin   Aug 8, 2006

Secrets
Lies
Deceit
That's her life
She can't beat them
The secrets are much to big
The lies, there's just too many
The deceit is just so bad
How can she walk around
With all this inside her head
At times she wants to explode
Just let the secrets out
Let the lies unravel
And the deceit show
But she knows
That can ruin so many lifes
And she can't live with that
So that's why
She has secrets
That's why
She lies
And that's why
She has to hide
Her deceit
She didn't ask for this
But she knows what she did
She took chances
She thought about the risks
She knows the consequences
But still she
Has not yet to explode
Maybe because she has grown
Accepted that
She can never tell her secrets
Never admitting to her lies
And never recieving forgiveness for her deceit
The only thing left
For her to defeat
Would be the one that
Always seems to tell her
She has done wrong
But she still stands strong
Among the many arms
That try to drag her down
She never shows a frown
Never shows her tears
Never revealing her fears
Always replaying the years
That made her
Keep secrets
Tell lies
And commit deceit
