They Paid The Price

by .LoSTandfouND.   Aug 11, 2006

She doesn't fit in
No-one talks to her
Not even at home
Shes so alone.
Too much pain to go through on her own
She can't handle the hurt
Watches as it overflows to a knife
She writes on her arm
Shes giving up on life.

He doesn't fit in
No-one talks to him
Not even at home
Hes so alone.
Too much eternal pain
He wants it to stop
He wants to be slain.
He turns up at school
With a gun at his side.
Says the roller-coaster was his least favorite ride.
Puts the gun to his head
Commits suicide.

They paid the price
For our negligence.
Lives we need to save
Before more decide
To turn toward suicide.
