Goodnight and good bye

This used to be a chain of love
now it's a chain of death,
i lay my self down to sleep
and for ever i will rest,
living in a world of hate
dying in my pain,
now that I've lost you
all i can feel is shame,
dying so softly
i now close my eyes,
to the world I'm leaving
good night and good bye
