A Girl's Pain.

by Willow   Aug 12, 2006

Her tears fall from her face,
Releasing the sorrow she doesn't need.
This girl has no real place,
And the only way she can feel is if she bleeds.

These tears have been held inside for too long,
And happiness seems only a dream.
She thinks she can only do wrong,
And along with those tears, she wants to scream.

Throw her pain in the bin so she can smile,
She doesn't want to be sad anymore.
Wipe those tears away, if only for a while,
She's sick of hiding behind that closed door.

Take the hurt feelings away,
Show her how to be strong again.
Help her laughter to come out and play,
And tell her she'll never have to deal with this pain.

She's getting tired of constantly crying,
And not being able to smile true.
She's getting sick of trying,
But she can't think of anything else to do.

Her heart is continually throbbing with this depressed pain,
And she can cry herself to sleep because of nothing at all.
She has brought herself so much shame,
Because she can't knock down that sadness wall.
