The thing I want, need, use and forget!

When I pass I want it,
When I ask for it I need it,
When I have it I use it
And when I don't use it
I forget it...
It is just another guy,
Who, passes by,
I want to kiss him,
I need to have him,
When I have him I use him,
And when I don't use him,
I dump him.
