Plumy Wine

by N J Thornton   Aug 13, 2006

Eyelashes caress my cheek,
-- your lips, do the same, on mine,
a pulsating taste, so sweet,
to contrast this plumy wine.

I over indulged, I fear,
a touch on my thigh -- one glance,
and cherubs are keen to play,
with this fairy tale romance.

**Short and sweet, not my best I know. Just came into mind, so I thought I'd post it.**

Lovely penned, though short but well express emotions..

love unleashed, And soared amongst the Angels overhead. Too quickly blossomed love; too soon was reached,
    Too quickly faded...
