Kiss At Sunset

by Simon Hayes   Aug 15, 2006

May I stand beside your silhouette,
Created by the soft sunset,
And kiss your darkened lips?

Can I be your mandolin?
Caress my strings, stroke my heart.
Make music with my desires.

Hold my hands as we walk this golden sand.
Listen to the crashing waves,
As this moment enfolds to ecstasy.

Just before the sun fades
With the twinkling of the night,
Hold me, cherish this kiss at sunset.
