Disgusted with this world of life
all the sweetened pain
bribing me with candied jokes
of so much needed shame

cuts across my arms
bruises down my face
cries of unheard pleas
are unwanted in this place.

Screams of a deadly pitch
end my life of pain
silently seeking the way
of this fatal day in age.
