Lately

I've cried too many tears lately
More than I care to recall
My eyes are aching from there rivers
These floods causing me to fall

I've bled a little too much lately
More drops that I thought I could
My arms are sore and tender
All for that brief moment of feeling good

I've broken down once to often lately
Knelt in despair too many times
Screaming for those yesterdays
When everything was fine

    It's a great poem. It's short and still stasifying. I thought you did a really good job getting the point across. I keep saying this on so many people's poems but honestly I kind of feel the same way.. I kind of wish I could go back.. But yeah, great poem!
