Ghost

by McKenna   Aug 17, 2006

She\'s only a ghost of herself now
faded but never really gone
the fire in her eyes has dissapated
but she\'d never tell you something
was wrong
Destroyed by a never-ending nightmare
haunted by her own desperate pleas
the bruises he left her with are still there
but she loved him too much to leave
Now, alone she pressed down with her razor one last time
all that was left drained out, leaving her weak
all sight leaving my fallen angels eyes
When we told him of her lifeless body
fake tears welled in his eyes
he went around telling everyone he missed her
just another one of his lies
At the funeral he sobbed and wepted
then said his final words
I killed him right there as my angel slept
that bastar.d didnt deserve her
